Bookings & Refunds policy
General Events
A deposit of up to 50% is required to secure your booking date.
In the event of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable. However, we are happy to offer a reschedule or a credit note valid for 12 months from the original event date.
If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the event, 50% of the total invoice amount is payable.
Ceremony Bookings
For ceremonies, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be finalised 2 weeks before the event date.
All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred as credit toward a future booking within 12 months.
